For clubs, teams and mates

A clubhouse for your club.

A free competition for your members, played alongside every real international. Your own board every match night, and your club on the world club board.

A clubhouse in Pavilion with its own board for tonight's chase, plus WhatsApp and Copy link buttons

Why clubs use it

Off-season

Keep the WhatsApp going

Winter is long. A real match night is something for the whole squad to talk about, compete in and bring up at training.

Every match night

Your own board

Every real international that goes live gets a board for your clubhouse, ranked by fewest balls. Honours keep every winner.

Worldwide

Club v club

Verified clubs go on the world club board, ranked by each club's best three chases that night.

The world club board

Get the green tick.

Names with "CC", "Cricket Club", "Club" or "Association" are kept for real clubs, so nobody can pretend to be yours.

To verify your club, start a clubhouse, then email us your club's name, its four-letter code and a link to your club website or social page. We'll add the tick and put you on the world club board.

The things you'll want to check

What does it cost?

Nothing. No fee, no subscription, nothing to buy in the browser game. No ads.

Do members need an account?

No. They open the link, pick a nickname and play. No email, no password, no download. A private player code moves their nickname to a new phone.

Is it safe for junior members?

There is no chat, no messages and no photos anywhere in Pavilion. Players pick a nickname, which shows next to their results on the boards. Nicknames are filtered, real names are discouraged, anyone can report a name from a board, and we remove any that break the rules. The clubhouse creator can remove anyone from a clubhouse. For junior sections, please set up and share the clubhouse through parents and club officials, not with children directly. More on the parents page.

Is there any money involved?

No. Pavilion is free: nothing to pay, nothing to stake, no prizes. The only reward is your nickname on the board.

What data does Pavilion keep?

A random code made on each phone, the innings played and the nickname a player picks. Nothing that says who someone is. Anyone can delete their data from the game. Full details in our privacy page.

Is it official?

Pavilion is fan-made and independent. It isn't linked to any cricket team, board or player. The targets are the real scores from real matches.

Can our league run one?

League boards are next. If your league wants to be one of the first, email hello@pavilioncc.com.

On the grass

Play it at training.

Pavilion started as a game that closes junior training. The rules are free for any club, school or coach: two pages with a pitch diagram, made to be printed.

The short version

  • Two sides of four or five.
  • Run every ball. Boundaries are 4 or 6.
  • A six brings the whole team back in. A four brings one back.
