What Pavilion knows about you

In plain English, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody. This covers the game and this website.

The short version

A name and some cricket scores

Pavilion holds your Roblox display name, your user ID, and what you did with a cricket bat. That is genuinely the whole of it.

It has never asked a player for an email address, an age, a location, a real name, a photograph or a contact detail, and it never will. Roblox forbids requesting personal information from players, and Pavilion is built so there is nothing to leak.

In detail

What the game stores

·

Your Roblox user ID and display name. Supplied by Roblox when you join. Used to save your progress and to put a name on a leaderboard.

·

Your cricket record. Runs, balls, sixes, fours, wickets, matches, best innings, season progress, in-game coins and which items you own.

·

Your debut number and, if you bought one, your club membership number, each with the date it was issued.

·

Leaderboard entries — your user ID against a score, for each board.

·

Head-to-head records. If you play a one-against-one match, Pavilion stores the other player's user ID and the result. ⚠️ It deliberately stores no name — the name is looked up when it is shown, so nobody's name sits inside somebody else's save file.

·

Anonymous gameplay counts — how many shots were well timed, whether you played on a phone, tablet or desktop. Used to make the game better. Not linked to anything you could be identified by.

What it never stores

The list that matters more

No email address · no age or birthday · no location · no real name · no phone number · no photograph · no IP address · no payment details

Payments are handled entirely by Roblox. Pavilion never sees a card, an account or a billing address — only a message from Roblox saying a purchase happened.

Nothing is sold, shared or passed to anyone. There are no advertisers, no analytics companies and no third parties in Pavilion.

This website

Collects nothing at all

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no forms, no sign-up. It is a set of files. Reading this page leaves no record of you anywhere that Pavilion can see.

The only outside connection is to Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces. If that matters to you, the page reads perfectly well without them.

Keeping and deleting

How long it is kept, and how to have it removed

Your record is kept while you play, and for as long as it takes for someone to ask for it to be gone. A cricket record is only worth having if it lasts, so Pavilion does not delete progress on a timer — but nothing is kept that is not on the list above, and any of it can be removed on request.

To have everything deleted: if you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to make the request. Deletion requests come through Roblox, which verifies who is asking — Pavilion cannot verify that on its own, and would rather not guess.

When a verified request arrives, one command removes the player's whole record: profile, career, every leaderboard row on every board, and every honours entry. ⚠️ Numbers are never reused and nobody is renumbered. If a removed player was member No. 7, No. 7 stays gone, because the alternative is issuing somebody a number another child once had.

Anonymous gameplay counts, which cannot be linked back to a person, are kept.

Being straight about what this is

This is a plain statement of what Pavilion actually does, written by the person who built it. It is not a lawyer-drafted policy and it is not legal advice.

If that ever changes — if this site adds a form, analytics, or a newsletter, or the game starts collecting something new — this page gets rewritten first, with the date at the top updated. Anything not described here is not happening.

Questions about any of this

They get answered by the person who wrote the code.
